February is American Heart Month and to celebrate the Idaho Potato Commission has introduced the Heart Smart Recipe contest with a $2,500 grand prize.
The first round of the contest ends on Feb. 24. A panel of judges will select ten finalists and the grand prize winner will be determined by popular vote beginning Feb. 28 and ending March 10, 2013.
