The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has released the complete text of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement at this website.
TPP is a trade agreement intended to facilitate regional trade among the following countries: Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, United States and Vietnam.
With the language finalized, President Obama must notify Congress 90 days prior to his intention to sign the TPP. Within 30 days following this notification, the Obama administration must release to the public the final text of the TPP, initiating a 60-day public comment period.
After President Obama signs the TPP, then it will be reviewed by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). The ITC has 105 days to complete its assessment. Following the ITC review, Congress will then debate and vote on the agreement.
