Celebrity chef Jeff Henderson will give the keynote address at the National Potato Council’s (NPC) POTATO EXPO 2016 on January 13 at the Mirage in Las Vegas.
Henderson is the star of the syndicated television show, Flip My Food with Chef Jeff.”
He will share his journey from drug dealer to TV chef, inspirational speaker, the first African-American chef at the Bellagio in Las Vegas and a best-selling author.
