The Alliance for Potato Research and Education (APRE) has launched its website at www.apre.org.
APRE is a not-for-profit research and education organization dedicated to expanding and translating research into science-based policy and education initiatives on the role of all forms of the potato in a well-balanced diet.
The new website is an easy-to-use resource for registered dietitians and medical practitioners, such as medical doctors, nurses and physician assistants, aimed at keeping these professionals well informed about new scientific data related to the potato prepared in all forms,” said Maureen Storey, Ph.D., APRE president and CEO, in a press release announcing the new website.
