2005 Chip Seminar Approaches

The 2005 Chip Seminar will be held March 2-5 in Jacksonville, Fla.

The seminar will feature numerous topics to help chippers plan for the future. Among the speakers and topics are:

-Peter Friedman, of Ag Transportation Coalition: Distribution

-Kathy Beals: The world of nutrition and its effect on the industry

-Grower Panel: Costs, production and geographic shifts

-Manufacturer Panel: Issues and opportunities

-Larry Noedel, of Noedel Research: Latest Nielsen numbers and consumer trends

-Export Update: Opportunities

-Variety Trial and Breeding Program Report

An export workshop will be held prior to the Chip Seminar on Wednesday, March 2.
