APRE debuts digital newsletter

The Alliance for Potato Research & Education (APRE) will launch its monthly digital newsletter Spud Nutrition eNews on Feb. 11.

The monthly newsletter will provide the latest science-based research and news about all forms of the white potato.

APRE will email Spud Nutrition eNews to registered dietitians, nutrition and health professionals and nutrition scientists as well as to APRE members, industry stakeholders and partnering organizations.
