CHA Show Offers Trends, Creativity and Education

The Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) 2013 Winter Conference & Trade Show, held Jan. 11 – 15 in Anaheim, Calif. at the Anaheim Convention Center, unites the craft industry and brings a world of creativity together annually. The show hosts hundreds of international exhibitors displaying new creative products and trends in the craft industry.

The Conference program is an exclusive CHA member benefit and hosts a full line-up of workshops, seminars and demo-nars that show officials said will enrich your knowledge and provide skills to help your business excel. Networking events and opportunities to connect with industry professionals worldwide are also available.

The Workshops provide innovative product trainings in craft categories including paper crafts, fine arts, jewelry making, mixed media and more, and the seminars provide industry expert-led sessions on emerging technology, retail best practices, Web optimization, industry research, regulatory issues and more.

Show officials said CHA is also excited to launch three new educational formats, including Business Boot Camps, Hands-on Labs and Certification Classes. Each of these new formats will deliver intense learning opportunities where the attendee works on a particular business skill and leave with a game plan for advancing their business.
