FARGO, N.D., JULY 13, 2010: R.D. Offutt Company announces that it has agreed to acquire the assets of Ryan Potato Company, an East Grand Forks, MN, based buyer of washing quality reds, whites, russets, and yellow flesh varieties of potatoes, effective July 12, 2010.
Ryan Potato Company is a nationally recognized name in the fresh table potato industry, with over 100 years of experience in the potato industry.
The company prides itself on satisfying customers, and increasing the crop value for potato growers. Company-owned trucks ensure fast and prompt nationwide delivery. Ryan Potato Company will continue to operate from the current East Grand Forks Minnesota facility, with all current employees being offered positions by R.D. Offutt Company.
